Butter, slices of fresh bread, cookies, cakes, and eggs were fab and overall there was lots of food. The rooms were spotless, with central heating and a work desk, comfy bed.

We had a room overlooking garden, the hotel was charming. Single room accommodated us perfectly. The location was magnificent and stunning, very close to the city centre! We had lunch at nearby L'ostellino, tried their fast food options.

Charming venue, perfect location just off the centre near famous La Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore and lovely restaurants, greatly enjoyed our stay. In overall the room was a nice size and perfect and with garden view.

The bed was a bit hard here.

The hotel was stunningly beautiful and we found the location stunning. The room was reasonably large and perfect and offered central heating and a writing table. The breakfast had lots of options and muesli, cakes, and fruit were great. Truly enjoyed the location close to all the major attractions. You can find Trattoria Pallottino close to the property to a have lunch. The whole experience was good, no complaints, can recommend.

The location was wonderful and stunning, for example, a large medieval baptistery was at a walking distance from the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed an air conditioning and a work desk in the room. The staff were helpful and pleasant and were around whole time.

Fabulous cereals and fruit at breakfast.

Everything was fine, the parking was in the hotel, the room was reasonably large. The breakfast food was fabulous and included muesli, cakes, and fruit. The room we had included central heating and a writing table.

Spotless hotel in a particularly good and stunning location, comfy bed. Very amiable staff with good manners. Great assortment of muesli, cakes, and fruit for breakfast. Easy check-in, parking in the venue. Not to mention reliable wifi!

Exceptionally comfortable beds, central heating and a work desk in the room. Fab cereals and fruit for breakfast. Lovely and kind staff and altogether a really lovely experience.

There is plenty of fabulous food for breakfast. Helpful staff ensures you spend a good time here.

Everything was fine, the wifi was reliable. There were comfy beds and central heating and a writing table inside the room. Muesli, cakes, and fruit were fab and fabulous. No reason to complain, I had a fine stay and would want to stay there again.
